Instructor Residency

We are always looking for young, enthusiastic martial artists that want to make a career out of teaching Oneway. Join the Instructor Residency Program at Rising Phoenix Martial Arts to take your training to the highest level. You will eat, sleep, and breath martial arts until you have become a highly proficient practitioner, instructor, and businessman. Due to the intense nature of your training, you will rise through the ranks at an express pace, becoming first a certified black belt instructor and then a master in your own right.



What to Expect



Eat & Sleep Martial Arts



You will stay at the house of the head instructor. In exchange for helping out at the school, you will be offered free room and board.



Intensive Training



You will receive one hour of structured training a day, along with three hours of scheduled workout routines that you will complete with other residents. ​



small Perdium



You will receive a small per diem of $250 a month, which you can use to have a life outside of the school. ​



Accelerated Promotions



You will train at an elite level, which means you will rise through the ranks at an expedited rate. You will be able to attain a black belt in half the time it usually takes and become a certified master in 3/4th of the time.



Teaching & Business Instruction



Aside from training to become an exceptional practitioner, you will also receive teaching and business instruction. This will help you run your own school in the future. ​



Instructor Certification



You will receive increasing levels of instructor certification as you complete the appropriate course work over your residency. This certification will allow you to take a job as martial arts instructor in the future.
